My thesis is a non-partisan study that seeks to understand how women politicians experience and respond to work pressures. It has been approved by Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington Human Ethics Committee application 2024/HE000071.

Do you identify as a woman in politics? If so, I would love to hear about your experience. You can book a time using the link below.

You will be interviewed about your experience as a woman politician at a neutral, mutually agreed-upon location (including online).

Few studies have sought to understand the impacts of work pressure on women politicians. By investigating these pressures and understanding how you respond to them, solutions can be proposed.

Your name will not be used in reports and utmost care will be taken not to disclose any information that would identify you. The interview notes and recordings will be kept confidential. The findings may be used for my PhD thesis, academic publications, and/or presented at conferences.
